Chapter 6: The Lustful Monster Is Dissatisfied
“…”
I poke his cheek while he sleeps defenselessly.
“…Nn… mm…” He mumbles in his sleep, making him look even more adorable.
“…So cute.”
After kissing his cheek, I hug his back and take in his scent.
The scent of my shampoo and the detergent on his pajamas, mixed with his own smell, creates a blissful atmosphere.
Ah, how happy I am.
I press my face against his back, savoring the happiness.
Starting tomorrow, Momiji-kun has school.
By the way, I’ve already skipped grades and graduated from high school, so until I start university next spring, I’m basically living a NEET life with nothing in particular to do…
I wonder what Momiji-kun is like at school.
Is there really nothing between him and that girl from yesterday…?
The thought suddenly makes me uneasy.
I don’t think Momiji-kun is the type to cheat…
But how much does he really treasure me?
…As things are now, I still feel uneasy.
We kiss every day, but… that’s not enough…
…Maybe I should come up with a plan.
◇
When I wake up, the clock in front of me shows 7:00.
Crap… Today is a school day.
As I stretch, I realize that Elna-san isn’t beside me.
Huh? Maybe she’s in the living room?
Fixing my bedhead, I open the door to the living room—and there she is, standing in an apron.
“Good morning, Momiji-kun.”
I don’t think there’s a more beautiful newlywed in the world.
“…G-Good morning…”
She starts setting up breakfast.
“What time do you leave the house?”
“Uh… If I leave around 8:00, I should be fine.”
“Then, if we take the car, you can leave a little later, right?”
“…Wait, you’re not planning to send me in that limousine, are you?”
“Yes. Is that a problem?”
“It’s not that it’s a problem… It’s just way too flashy…”
As I say this and get ready to eat, saying “Itadakimasu” before picking up my fork, she suddenly slaps my hand.
“Ouch. What?”
“What do you mean, ‘what’? Were you seriously about to eat alone? Are you an idiot? I’m the one feeding you. Here, say ‘ahh.'”
She cuts a piece of ham and egg into quarters and tries to feed me.
“…T-This is embarrassing.”
“Exactly. Otherwise, there’s no point.”
She forcefully shoves the food into my mouth, then watches me chew with an amused expression.
“…It’s good.”
“Oh? That’s great. Did you assume that just because I’m a rich girl, I wouldn’t know how to cook?”
I kind of did, but in a good way, she proved me wrong.
“I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think that. People have things they’re good and bad at, right? But so far, you don’t seem to have any weaknesses, Elna-san.”
“I do have a weakness. Love.”
“…Love, huh.”
“Even if I have money, looks, and education, none of that means anything if I can’t win over the person I love most in the world.”
I guess love is the one thing in her life that isn’t going her way.
“…It’s not like I don’t love you.”
“I know. Actually, the fact that you don’t fall for me so easily is one of the reasons I love you even more. Think about it. If you just lied and said you loved me, you could fool me and have romantic freedom, right? But you don’t do that. You face me properly and try to love me for real. That feeling drives me crazy for you.”
She leans in close as she says this.
“That makes me sound like some kind of heartbreaker.”
“You are a heartbreaker, Momiji-kun. Now, can you make me a promise?”
“A promise?”
“Yes. The promise from before. That in one week, we’ll sleep together. Honestly, I can’t hold back my urges anymore. So… this Saturday… will you do it with me?”
…Honestly, I’m scared.
If I go through with it, I feel like I’ll drown in it completely.
Because, well… my sexual preferences are kind of unusual…
Then, as if responding to the situation, my “son” stands at attention.
Seeing this, Elna-san chuckles.
“Looks like you’ve already given me your answer. I’ll be looking forward to it.”
In the end, my silence was taken as agreement, and it was decided that we would do it this Saturday.

Chapter 7: Back to School After a While
As always, when I arrive at school, I suddenly get surrounded by a group of guys.
“Hey! Momiji, we heard about it! You went on a date with a super cute foreign girl, didn’t you? Introduce us, you bastard!”
“Is she French? Russian? She must be crazy cute! Got any pictures?”
“Where the hell did you even meet her? You’re the guy who’s into idols!”
“How far did you go!? Did you kiss!?”
Some classmates I’m not even that close with start pestering me.
For some reason, my relationship with Elna-san had leaked.
The culprit… I glance at Yuma first, but he shakes his head.
He’s saying, “It wasn’t me,” huh? I then take a quick look at Honjo, but he’s chatting happily with his friends.
So that means it must have been her.
Well, she probably didn’t mean to leak it on purpose. She just spoke the truth as it was.
“…Yeah… We’re dating. And we’ve kissed too.”
Rather than lying about it later, I figured it was better to just be honest now.
“You serious!? Introduce us!”
“Hey! I get first dibs, remember!? That’s the deal!” Yuma cuts in.
“I-I know…”
“Wait! Yuma, you knew about this!?”
As the guys continue their ridiculous argument, I slip past them and take my seat.
Staring blankly out the window, I suddenly notice…
Outside the school building, across the pedestrian crossing, Emil-san is watching me through binoculars.
“…Huh?”
The moment she realizes I’ve spotted her, she hurriedly gets into the limousine and drives away.
…Was she stalking me?
The sight was kind of cute, and before I knew it, I was chuckling.
Then Yuma calls out to me.
“…Hey, can we talk after school today?”
I tilt my head in confusion.
“It’s kind of hard to talk about here,” he says before heading back to his seat.
Something hard to talk about here?
I have no clue what it could be, but… well, it’s my best friend’s request, so I guess I have no choice.
The day passes without anything particularly unusual. I go through classes as usual.
Just before lunch, my phone vibrates.
As expected, it’s a message from Elna-san.
“I made lunch for you. Come pick it up at the school gate later, okay?”
Lunch, huh…
I usually just buy something from the school store.
But this should be interesting. I’m looking forward to it.
When lunchtime comes, I slip out of the classroom and head to the school gate.
A little distance from the gate, I spotted that familiar limousine parked there.
I guess she was being considerate.
As I jog over, Elna-san steps out.
“I forgot to give you your lunch,” she says.
“Thanks… Oh yeah, this morning—you were totally watching me through binoculars, weren’t you?”
She tilts her head in confusion and says, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I have no idea.”
She’s denying it with all her might…
Did she really think I wouldn’t notice?
Then, before I can react, she grabs my hand and pulls me into the limousine.
“Hey, I need to get back.”
“…You can eat here, can’t you?”
“No, no, that’s too much… Besides, skipping school like this is already kind of bad.”
“…Hmph. Fine,” she pouts slightly, then hugs me and mutters, “Nutrient recharge.”
After patting her head affectionately, I step out of the limousine and head back to school.
As soon as I return to the classroom, Yuma glares at me.
“Hey, Momiji. Where the hell did you go?”
“Sorry, sorry, just had to take care of something.”
Sitting down, I open my lunch box—and inside, it’s filled with high-end ingredients.
“…Whoa, what is this?”
I mutter in surprise, and Yuma, looking at the contents, is speechless.
“…Who the hell is Elna-san, really?”
“…She’s the daughter of a French billionaire.”
“…You’re kidding.”
I try to eat discreetly so nobody notices, but not only are the ingredients top-tier, the taste is incredible.
Before I know it, I’ve finished everything in an instant.
After that, the day goes by without any incidents.
Just as I’m about to head home, Yuma calls me over.
We end up talking in the rarely used career counseling room.
“…So, what’s this about?”
“Well… I kind of forgot to tell you the other day. Or maybe I just didn’t know how to bring it up… But someone asked me for advice.”
He looks like he’s struggling to find the right words.
“…Advice? From who? About what?”
“It’s really hard to say, but… there’s this girl who likes you. She asked me how she could get you to go out with her… I’m not telling you who she is, though. No way. But, well… I figured I should at least let you know.”
“…And what am I supposed to do with that information?”
“I dunno… I just felt like I had to tell you. I mean, Elna-san is amazing. She’s clearly serious about you, so I’m not really worried, but… you know.”
I can already tell.
From his expression, his tone—I understand everything.
I see… So that’s how it is.
“…Then tell her this: I have a girlfriend now.”
“…Damn, dude.”
“And also, let’s forget about that whole thing where I was supposed to introduce you to someone. Instead, I’ll support you in your love life.”
“…Man, you really are my best friend. You figured everything out, huh?”
You’ve fallen for her, haven’t you?
If that’s the case, then all I can do is cheer you on.
After finishing our conversation, I leave the classroom.
At the school entrance, while changing my shoes, I overhear a student talking.
“Hey, did you hear? Serizawa Seina is retiring!”
…Huh?
At that moment, my shoe slips from my hand.
