Vol 1 Chapter 13: Crashing the Entrance Ceremony Is a Tradition (Not Really) (Vol 1: The Delinquent High School Girl’s Servant Survived and Advanced to the Second Year)
I realized that the girl named Rurei, who resembled Miyayuri, along with her companions, were impostors falsely claiming to be Miyayuri.
I had Ryouma-senpai promise that he would persuade them to stop such behavior.
But where on earth can I find Rurei?
Perhaps if I go to a place where delinquents are known to gather, I might run into her… but that sounds a bit scary.
Since Rurei and her group are falsely using Miyayuri’s name, would it be better to inform Miyayuri and the others?
Besides, if they look that similar—even if they aren’t sisters—I can’t help but think that Miyayuri and Rurei must be connected in some way…
However, on the day of the opening ceremony, Miyayuri was absent.
“Fwaah~ Even though we have nothing to do with it, entrance ceremonies are such a drag…”
Next to me, Shoko let out a huge, uncouth yawn.
“Well, well, since Mio and the others are starting school today, we should at least keep an eye on them.”
Today is the entrance ceremony for Miyayuri’s junior members: Akagami Mio, Kibitsu Kaori, Ootomo Shizue, and Azuma Kazuki.
Since this is a prestigious school, I thought it would be difficult for all four of them to enroll together. Yet even Mio, who got in on a sports recommendation, must have worked really hard.
Especially Kaori—apparently, her teachers had suggested a school two ranks lower. But I heard that by the final mock exam she managed to raise her score by nearly ten points. She must have studied incredibly hard.
“Yeah, I know, but… Miyayuri-chan still hasn’t arrived, and this is boring…”
Just as Shoko finished speaking, the sound of a motorcycle engine reverberated across the schoolyard, growing louder as it approached the gymnasium in the middle of the entrance ceremony.
Huh? Have those Beelzebub guys come charging in again without learning their lesson?
Previously, the Beelzebub gang had ridden their motorcycles all over the schoolyard, but they were smashed by Bloody Red Road—the group that allied with Miyayuri. Their leader, Migetsu Mamoru, is still missing.
But the scream that immediately followed did not come from the Beelzebub gang; I recognized the voice.
“B-baka! Hit the brakes already!”
“I don’t get it! I mean— isn’t the bike broken?!”
“You idiot! Don’t you even know how to use the brakes?! We’re gonna crash!!”
Amid that deafening shouting and engine noise, the door mounted on the side of the gym was blasted off with an incredible crunch, and the familiar Bandit 250 streaked right through the center of the gym.
“You idiot! Hand over the wheel, Rurei!”
“No way! I’d never have enough lives if I got to ride on Miyayuri-chan’s ass!”
“You’re better than you, who don’t even know how to use the brakes! Haven’t you ever even ridden a bike, you idiot?!”
While they exchanged insults, the bike barely slowed as it crashed through the door on the opposite side and sped away like a storm.
“Hey, Katsuko, we’re supposed to be the third-ranked school in our district, right?”
“Huh… yeah. It seems so.”
“I mean, that was Miyayuri, right?”
“Uh… yeah. I guess so…”
Even Katsuko was left speechless at the scene, which was even worse than School ○Ors.
