Summary
One day during his holiday, Yuusuke Ogami happens to witness his classmate, Nanase Hiyori, confronting her childhood friend, Kouma Yoshihide.
In fact, the two had secretly been dating for a year, but during the same period, Yoshihide was also seeing another girl, essentially two-timing Hiyori.
After being hit with the lowest of words from a defiant Yoshihide, Hiyori, heartbroken, ran off. Unable to leave her like that, Yuusuke decided to chase after her to talk. This event marks the beginning of their growing connection, and Yuusuke gradually becomes closer to Hiyori.
From eating meals together at home, going on dates, to even spending the night, the mismatched couple—separated by a height difference of more than 30 centimeters—continues to close the gap between them. Meanwhile, Yoshihide, who cheated on Hiyori, still assumes that their childhood friendship gives him an advantage. Misinterpreting the situation, he smugly thinks, “Things will return to how they were soon enough,” but of course, that was never going to happen…
The main focus is on the sweet romance between the protagonist and the heroine, with a touch of comeuppance for the antagonist.

Ok the story is great seemed a little simplistic at first but honestly they teens act exactly how teens are supposed to act. I’ve enjoyed it very much so reading it and honestly, it’s a good read. Nice story. Great job

no matter how many times I read this it’s always good.
This is one of the ones I dont read too often, not because I don’t like but because I love it and it has a good length and it feels good to know that if all else fails I can come back here to relax, read it from the beginning and read a couple “new” chapters I haven’t read.
Hell, sometimes I just come to look at the gif in the title page for a bit because its so good and immersive.

I have to admit, I’m very pleasantly surprised. Most of all, because our main character isn’t a typical dense protagonist. Of course, in true Asian storytelling fashion, he’s painfully shy — but he actually has some decent character development going in the right direction. So big props to the author for that.
What really bugs me, though, is either the translation or the author’s word choice, because it often sounds like it’s straight out of elementary school. I don’t get why, instead of using the perfectly normal and correct term breasts, they keep going with the more childish chest. Those are two completely different things, and chest just doesn’t convey what’s actually being described. And it keeps happening across all the chapters — it gets really irritating after a while.

Such an amazing story. 10/10 recommend if you want a sweet lovestory with a healthy amount of teasing.
