I found it increasingly difficult to understand why Kaisar-sama was so disliked by everyone at the academy. 

Initially, I thought it was because he acted arrogantly due to his noble background, but after observing his behaviour up close, I can’t say that’s the case.

“What’s the matter? Is there something else?”

“N–No… I’m fine. There’s nothing.”

Seeing my hesitation, Kaisar-sama likely thought I was holding back some complaints or questions.

He asked if there was anything else, but it would be rude to inquire about why they disliked him at the academy, so I replied with, ‘There’s nothing.’

“Don’t say you’re fine when your face clearly says you have questions. I won’t get angry, so feel free to ask. In fact, it’ll stress me out more if you leave it unaddressed.”

“A–Are you sure you won’t get angry no matter what I ask?”

“Yes, I’m sure.”

To be honest, my biggest concern is not wanting to be disrespectful to someone who has done me a favour. But since Kaisar-sama himself said it was alright, not asking would be more disrespectful.

Given that he didn’t get angry even when I was initially quite rude to him, I’m confident he won’t get angry now. However, just because he won’t get angry doesn’t mean I should be disrespectful.
