The Sunday when Hina and I skipped our morning run due to sleep deprivation passed in a flash, and Monday arrived.

The stage will host a variety of events throughout the day, including dances and performances by local idols. Thanks to a bit of pull from a local noble, Madam Saionji Kotono (Iwashimizu’s grandmother), we were able to secure a last-minute spot.

The shrine is grateful to have someone perform the sacred dance, so Kogarasu-san will be visiting the shrine every afternoon this week to receive guidance on the shrine maiden dance from a Shinto priest.

When we went to greet them, the priest was surprised by Kogarasu-san’s innate talent for movement and her disciplined demeanor.

As for the stage event, I’ll leave it to Kogarasu-san, and for now, I’m in the middle of swimming club training after school.

Since today is the last day of school, we have plenty of time for training.

In April, we’ll clean the pool and start the boiler to adjust the water temperature, making it more comfortable for swimming.

To be honest, swimming in April can be a bit chilly due to the cold outdoor temperature, but the thought of finally being able to swim excites me.

Kogarasu barely passed English, and if it weren’t for that, she would be neck-and-neck with Hina or maybe even slightly ahead.
