A High School Junior Playing an RPG Always Thought to Himself, “I want a cute girl to cast healing magic on me!”

And then, whether by fortune or misfortune, he ended up reincarnated into another world where magic existed. The cheat skill he was granted by a goddess was 【Damage Adjustment】—a power that allowed him to control the amount of damage he took from any attack.

“So that means I can turn even fatal damage into either no injury or just a light scratch! If I take all the hits and adjust the wounds to look just painful enough, a girl will heal me...!?”

One would expect him to live as a powerful tank (defensive role), but instead, he became an adventurer driven by the impure motive of wanting to be healed by cute girls. To those around him, he appeared selfless and devoted, which led to excessive concern from his companions—but he showed no signs of wanting to change his way of life.

And yet... There was a reason behind it….
