I woke up as the morning light poured in through the window.

The luxurious king-size bed was one of the pieces of furniture that Yuna-san had prepared for me, and I’ve gotten used to living here.

I was a little hesitant at first, but everytime I woke up from my sleep, I realized how comfortable the top-class bed was.

In addition, a housekeeper came over once a day to tidy up my room and do my laundry.

I didn’t have to do housework.

When I lived alone, I had to do everything myself.

This is probably the ideal life in this world, the life of a man who is supported by a woman.

However, I would feel unsettled, so in the morning I would slowly get up in the empty room and wake up with my still-sleepy black cat, Kuu.

Kuu comes into my bed every morning and sleeps with me, purring in comfort.

Seeing Kuu stretching out at my feet feels really comforting.

“Good morning, Kuu. It’s a nice day today, isn’t it?”

Kuu meowed and looked up in response to what I said.

Her adorable appearance warms my heart.

I got out of bed and headed to the kitchen to make coffee.

Kuu followed me and I prepared water and sprinkled some dry food on Kuu’s cat food.

This has become my morning routine ever since I moved here.

“Kuu, let’s talk a bit today. I’ve been thinking about a lot of things lately.”

I made coffee and sat down next to Kuu as she was eating.

Kuu glanced up at me while eating, and I began speaking while holding my coffee cup.

“The truth is, I’m a reincarnated person who has possessed the body of a man named Suzuki Hajime. In my original world, I was a simple-minded person who had no idea about women’s feelings. That’s why I had almost no experience in love and was always busy with work.”

Kuu tilted her head and responded with a “meow.”
