After finishing breakfast, Hiro and I arrived at school together.

But today Hiro woke up late, so we ended up getting to school just barely on time. So after arriving, we were speed walking down the hallway toward our classroom.

“Geez, we almost ran late because of you, Hiro!”

“Honestly…if I hadn’t come to wake you up, you’d have just slept in forever, right? From now on, make sure to go to bed early, okay?”

We were going back and forth like we always do. The students around us watching were laughing and saying things like:

So we loudly denied it when the surrounding students teased us as usual.

Saying that, Hiro and I parted ways in front of my classroom, since his classroom is one floor up from mine.
I watched Hiro walk down the hallway towards the stairs, then entered my own classroom. Phew, still though…

If I hadn’t woken him up today, he definitely would have been late. And his mother asked me to keep an eye on him too, so I need to keep disciplining Hiro from now on. I have to make sure he grows into a responsible adult.

Thinking that, I entered the classroom, lightly greeted my friends, and started walking to my seat. But then…

There was a certain male student sitting in the seat behind mine.

That male student was my classmate Masato Kuzuhara. He’s a delinquent type with bleached blonde hair, piercings, and all sorts of dress code violations.

So as his classmate and class representative, I tried addressing Kuzuhara…but extremely unexpected words came out of his mouth.

“…Well, I don’t know why you came to school again after so long, but don’t cause any disruptions during class, okay?”

I warned him not to disrupt our classes with a puzzled expression, but I was surprised that this scumbag readily agreed, as normally he would…

As the class representative, I’ve had to scold Kuzuhara many times up until now…but to be honest, at this point I just feel revulsion towards him.

Ideally to the same class as Hiro, but at this point I’d be satisfied just not being in the same class as Kuzuhara anymore.
