I no longer want to be a part of this triangle!

Katori had various things going through her mind, and truth be told, if she acted upon them, then forget about suspension, she might get jailed.

That’s why, in the morning she meditated for half an hour to cool her mind before coming to the school.

If she doesn’t retain her calm and act properly today, she might end up losing all the progress of the past two and a half years. The relationship she has built with Kazuki, all of that might go in vain if Katori doesn’t tread carefully.

Kazuki was heartbroken and confused. To cope with his feelings, he started dating Kohana, and nothing more. However, it was enough. Katori could no longer tolerate this, and even if she had to confess to Kazuki to get him back, she was prepared to do so.

Without her realizing it, Kazuki has become an obsession for her.

“What do you need from me, Senpai?” Standing on the rooftop, which Katori had reserved for herself today through some connection, she faced the short-haired girl who had recently grown quite close to Kazuki.

Katori assessed the girl from top to bottom. Short hair, not too long legs, meh personality, and barely anyone knows this girl. If there was anything noticeable in her then it was those two obscenely big milk tanks of hers.

Katori tilted her head to the left with her hands crossed behind her back as she asked the girl, “How is your relationship with Kazu-kun?”

The girl narrowed her eyes, visibly became cautious, and her hold on her bento became firm.

She slowly uttered a response after a brief pause, “Why are you concerned about our relationship?”

Katori chuckled, “Why shouldn’t I? Kazu-kun is someone close to me. He has been pursuing me for like ever, and do you think just because of a minor misunderstanding I will stop worrying about him?”

Her words seemed to have taken the effect on the girl as Kohana frowned.

Excellent.

Stepping forward Katori added, “It doesn’t take two weeks to break the relationship of two years, my dear junior. Not only am I concerned about Kazu-kun, I bet he surely thinks about me even around you, no?”

“No, he doesn’t.” Kohana’s sudden response made Katori smile wider. She couldn’t sense confidence in the voice of the girl.

Katori retained her smile before asking, “Do you even know what kind of person Kazu-kun is? What has his life been like? What problems has he overcome, and what is the situation with his family? Do you even know anything about Kazu-kun or did you seduce him just because he is a handsome guy?”

“If you really have done so, then I am quite disappointed in you.”

Kohana’s head was leaning down as she heard each of those words and felt her heart clenching painfully. It was a very burdensome situation.

Katori smirked. As she thought, this chick just got the right timing and trapped Kazuki with her sweet words and large breasts.

Katori was about to suggest the girl, to stay away from Kazuki and then leave when suddenly Kohana uttered,

“I am not like you…”

“Huh?” Katori frowned, unable to discern if she really heard that right.

However, before Katori could ask again, Kohana raised her face and loudly spoke, “I am not a person like you who goes after someone based on their looks and popularity!”

Katori’s face darkened as she warned, “Choose your word wisely or-”

“Or what?! Will you misuse your powers again and beg your uncle to suspend me too?! Go on and do whatever you can! But it won’t change a thing. I was, am, and always will be by Kazu-senpai’s side!”

Katori clenched her fist and her teeth ground against each other as she seethingly muttered, “Don’t get ahead of yourself bitch! Just because Kazu-kun is giving you a bit of his attention, don’t you dare act all high and mighty! Once he gets bored he will just throw you away-”

“Just like you threw him? Please, Katori-senpai. Don’t call my Kazu-senpai as cheap as you are. You don’t even know the meaning of friendship, so stop lecturing me over relationships and all.”

Katori lost it. She has never been insulted this much before. Nor has anyone dared to go against her like this before.

She stomped forward and raised her hand diagonally, intending to slap Kohana

Kohana was startled as she dropped the lunch and was about to cover her face, with her eyes closing.

However rather than the slap, a warm embrace greeted her as Kohana was suddenly entrapped in a familiar pair of arms.

She opened her eyes and found her Senpai currently holding her while glaring at the person in front.

She looked up and found Katori’s hand was grabbed…but not by Kazuki.

“K-K-Ko-kun?”

Along with Kazuki, there was Kohta as well on the rooftop, and what the two guys mutually shared currently was their disgust toward Katori.

Katori’s face turned ghastly pale as she stared at the two, with her mind turning into a mess.

Kotaro released her hand as Katori stepped back with a look of complete disbelief adorning her usually cheerful face.

Suddenly Katori realized how this happened, as she turned her sharp gaze at Kohana and spat, “You….! You did this, right?! Trying to act like a saint while making me a bad person!”

Kohana didn’t even seem to have any intention of responding as she remained safely encaged in her Senpai’s arms.

Kohta was the one who replied, “Let’s consider she was acting; what about you, Katori? You weren’t aware that we might be listening, yet you said those words. That shouldn’t have been an act, no?”

Kohta’s voice carried a lethal edge that pierced through Katori’s heart.

Tears welled in her eyes as she shook her head and tried to convince them, “No…please…trust me, I didn’t…”

“There is no point in saying anything now, Nanase Katori. I already know your reality.” Kazuki coldly stated, making the pinkette flinch.

Taking Kohana’s hand in his, Kazuki turned around and, without a second thought, walked away, followed by Kohana.

Kohta stared at Katori for a brief moment before he spoke a few words and also left,

“I am disappointed in you.”

Katori fell to her knees, seeing them walking away from her…

She extended her hand to call them….but it was too late.
