I no longer want to be a part of this triangle! - Chapter 18- Come with me

It was the first day after suspension that Kazuki was returning to the school.

Naturally, he didn’t want to go there, but considering it was his final year and not more than two months before the final exams, he had no other options.

He wasn’t scared of what people would say, or how he would be treated, rather, he just didn’t want to remain away from Kohana anymore.

For the past three days, ever since he confessed to her, they have been living together. Not even once, Kohana went on the street alone. And Kazuki even monitored if there was someone bullying her online.

Kohana, in response, found those gestures nothing but adorable. Her heart welled up with warmth seeing her Senpai being so concerned about her. It was almost like their obsessiveness has become mutual. And Kohana loves this feeling.

They were currently walking towards the school with their hands connected. Two days ago, they posted a picture on the internet with Kazuki kissing her cheek and the caption clearly signified their relationship.

The post just went viral throughout the school forums and it gained likes in thousands. Kohana has never received so many notifications before as she did because of that post.

There were many people commenting on that picture but Kohana never checked them out, knowing full well, how people these days are full of negativity.

Now walking beside her Senpai with their hands connected, she felt a sense of fulfillment. It was like she was living in her dreams where she doesn’t have to follow him from behind and always watch his back. Now, she can walk beside him and look at his smiling face.

“What? Are you falling for me all over again?” Maybe she stared at him longer than she intended to, that’s why he noticed.

Kohana sweetly smiled and leaned her head on his arm before whispering, “I am admiring the fact that we are together now.”

While looking at her front, she continued in a daze, “When the last time I was following you to the school, I could have never imagined that one day we would be going school like this.”

Kazuki chuckled, “Truth be told, I had a feeling that the water boy-kun watches me time to time, that’s why I used to make clear indication that I am into girls.”

Kohana giggled, “That’s why you always got touchy with the cheerleaders, huh?”

“Yeah, right haha~”

“I didn’t like it, Senpai.”

“…haah…oh.” Kazuki quieted down hearing that, more so, in a serious tone.

The atmosphere became awkward between them, and Kohana was now regretting letting out her inner voice.

After a brief pause, Kohana hesitantly asked, “Senpai….I am sorry if I sounded overbearing.”

Kazuki glanced at her in pure astonishment before uttering, “Why are you saying sorry? I actually like when you get possessive. In fact, possessiveness in relationships is necessary.”

Kohana innocently looked at him with a sense of uncertainty in her eyes as she asked, “Really?”

“Yeah. Wanting to have the person you love, all for you is a very natural feeling. I will react the same if I see a guy getting close to you,” Pausing for a moment and side gazing at her, he asked, “You won’t get annoyed with me right?”

Kohana instantly shook her head, “Of course not. Rather, I would be happy.”

“Then it’s the same for me.” Interlacing his fingers with hers, he softly added, “Don’t feel embarrased for who you are Kohana. I love every single thing about you, so let it all out and allow me to praise you.”

Smiling sweetly she nodded.

While they were being lovey-dovey, what the duo completely missed to notice was a pair of eyes watching them from behind.

Katori was feeling nothing but annoyed ever since she saw that post on the internet.

The bitch of a girl called Kohana, took advantage of the fact that Kazuki was heartbroken and seduced him.

What a loose character.

Katori have been keeping up and act of a sweet and bubbly girl ever since she came across the two main leads and awakened the memories of her last life. She did everything that could attract them and just before the climax, a harlot appeared and stole what belonged to Katori.

Biting her thumb in annoyance, she uttered under her breath,

“I have to do something about her.”

Reaching the classroom after dropping Kohana near hers, he went towards his seat.

Kazuki talked to those who greeted him first. Ignoring those gazes he was receiving from the students was not something he ever considered even a task. It was a chore for him to ignore people.

Hanging his bag on the hook, he sat down, and instantly his neighbour greeted him, “Kazuki, welcome back.”

Kazuki glanced at the nerdy guy beside him who occasionally talked to him in class and sometimes got help from him just minutes before tests.

“How are you, Ichiro. What are you reading these days?” Hearing his words, Ichiro tried to hide the manga he was reading but soon he hesitantly placed on the desk and said,

“Same isekai tranmigration stuff. The main character has reborn into a butler this time.”

Kazuki chuckled, “That’s weird. What the heck authors these days write?”

They talked about random stuff before the homeroom Sensei arrived.

Kohana, unnaturally, was getting greeted by many classmates today. Even the vibe was quite positive around her.

Although she didn’t mind what others say about her, having a positive surroundings was naturally a better thing.

Sitting down, she asked her friend, “What suddenly happened?”

Her friend—Fujimoto Emi, looked at her friend with a deadpanned face before responding, “People fear Kazuki-senpai, and after they realised that you are his girlfriend, surely they will treat you better.”

Kohana chuckled, “Kazu-senpai isn’t some kind of yakuza that others fear him.”

Emi shrugged, “Believe it or not, Kazuki-senpai have been kind of delinquent back in his middle school and until first year, he spent most of his days in detention.”

Kohana naturally knew about it but she remained nonchalant and started taking out her books.

Kohana wasn’t a top ranking students but she gets good grades in class, which signifies why she never found any class boring. And without even realizing it was already lunch time.

“Have you brought bento?” Emi asked as she put her books back in her bag.

Usually they ate together but today, “Sorry Emi, but I have already made plans.”

Emi’s expression never changes, and it remained the same even now as she said, “I expected much. Must be a lunch date with your Senpai~” Although her expression never changes, for someone who knows the girl closely, Kohana knew that her friend was having quite a bit fun.

Punching her shoulder lightly, Kohana got up while holding her lunchbox before she made her way out of the classroom.

Just as she turned she found a familiar person standing there—startling Kohana.

“K-Katori-senpai?” There stood the famous mascot of the school and her Senpai’s ex-crush—Nanase Katori.

“Can you come with me for a moment? I want to ask you something.”
