Chapter 14: The Goddess’s Lament (End)
~Another Side: Hina~
That day, Unasu Hina looked for Ogami Takayasu to walk home together. She tried to call out to him, but he had disappeared from the classroom unnoticed.
She sent a message on her phone, but he didn’t respond. She thought he had gone home already, but then she spotted him by chance.
Takayasu had just left the school gate. He carried the transfer student, Angel Akua, on his back.
His back—that big, warm back—was supposed to belong to her alone, so why did that girl occupy it?
Hina felt consumed by jealousy.
Recently, the two seemed unusually close. Seeing that wicked girl and Takayasu getting along disturbed her heart deeply.
Just to be safe, she had warned Takayasu earlier, but if he actually fell for her, it would be disastrous. She had to save him before that happened.
With that thought, she decided to follow them and warn him again.
“What…?”
Then, she saw it. In front of what seemed to be Akua’s house, Akua kissed Takayasu on the cheek.
“Why…? Could that girl really be getting close to Takayasu because…?”
Various speculations raced through Hina’s mind. A woman kissing a man on the cheek could only mean one thing to her.
What disturbed her heart even more was Takayasu’s expression, which didn’t seem entirely displeased.
Her beloved received a kiss from another girl and looked somewhat pleased. That event was enough to shatter her mind.
“Takayasu… why do you make that face? You never show me that face when we’re together. Why? Why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why why?”
Her unstable mind caused her to collapse on the spot, muttering the same words like a broken radio.
Her appearance resembled the jealous Greek goddess Hera. A salaryman passing by after work saw Hina, screamed “Eek!” and ran away.
“…That girl is absolutely no good. I have to save… Takayasu!”
She somehow stood up and began moving to reclaim her beloved.

Author’s Note:
*It’s a bit short, but including it in the previous story would make it too long, so I split it.
This trial serialization ends here. If it gets good feedback, it will continue as a full serialization.
