“Phantom… Let’s go to the bed. The nights are cold, after all…”

“Tia… I’m really glad I met you.”

Up until my exile, it had all been like clearing events in a game with knowledge cheats. Of course, I had seen Henrietta, Cain, Elena, and Ceres as individuals, not just as game characters, but there was always a sense of detachment because I knew the outcome of the story. 

But everything afterward was completely new to me…And it was because Tia was there that I could keep putting on a brave face and keep fighting.

“Let’s stay together from now on. It may still be a ways off, but… I’d be really happy if you’d marry me.”

Murmuring words I would never have the courage to say if she were awake, I kissed her lips. The soft sensation reminded me of last night’s intense passion, and I couldn’t help but chuckle wryly as I realized my lower body was already stirring again. And then, I felt her hand gently touch it.

“Yes… I’ll be with you forever.”

“Eh, you were awake?”

“Yes…Actually, I was watching Phantom’s sleeping face, but when you started to wake up, I pretended to be asleep…”

As she laughed with a shy chuckle, I felt my own face turning red.

“But… Words alone won’t ease my worries. So… Please love me plenty.”

“I-I just woke up, though… Aahh…”

And once again, the two of us confirmed our love on that bed.
