Harry looked up, staring at the mysterious object rained down onto him. Then, Harry’s clothes and skin began to dissolve. 

However, instead of panicking, he only sneered at me. He stared at me with disdain and talked down on me.

“Ahahahahaha!! You think you can kill me with something like this?! I’ve gained a powerful strength! The power of the undead! Don’t you dare underestimate my healing power!”

Harry laughed but then… It didn’t take long for him to notice something was amiss.

“Wha-What?! What is this?! The longer it goes on, the more my skin… ARGHHHHH!!”

A substance that ignited on contact with oxygen and could emit heat up to 4000-5000 degrees Celsius once ignited. It was white phosphorus. Once white phosphorus adhered to one’s skin, it would keep burning until it completely consumed itself.

“Hot!! Argh!! Water-…! Water!!!”

Luna-sama’s voice echoed from a distance. I turned my gaze at the direction of the voice. There, I saw Luna-sama running with the knights in tow. The moment her gaze locked on me, Luna-sama rushed over to me with all her might. 

“Kanato-san,are you alright?”

“….I’m fine. but… Harry managed to escape.”

“I see… In any case, let’s get out of here now! This place is still overrun by the undead!”

“You’re right.”

I had been so focused on fighting Harry that I didn’t notice the surrounding small fry undead in this residence. Now that I looked around, I could see decaying undead wreaking havoc upon the Percy family’s residence.

“First, please take Selene-sama and the others who are injured outside. I will take care of the remaining undead.”

I told Luna-sama. She tightly grasped the hem of her pure white response, seemingly hesitating before she replied confidently. 

“I will help! Kanato-san, allow me to come with you as well!”

I looked at her face. It was clear to see that she didn’t have any intention to back down now. Feeling a bit flustered, I averted my gaze, only to find all five of my comrades giving me a stern look. Especially Elena-sama and Rina. Their expressions looked especially bitter, while Selene-sama looked at me and Luna alternately with a seductive gaze on her eyes. 

In the end, it was decided that I would take care of the remaining undead together with Luna-sama and the knights. Considering our recent battle with Harry, I thought fighting against these undead would be hard, but it turned out the remaining undead were not as strong as I had anticipated. 

The undead could regenerate upon getting attacked, but it seemed their regenerate power had a limit. If we kept shooting or slashing them until their bodies couldn’t regenerate anymore, their life functions would cease, causing them to die (technically). 

After disposing of all of the undead in the Percy family’s residence, I headed to Fibel’s residence. It seemed Luna-sama would stay at the Percy’s to take care of the cleanup. Indeed, Luna-sama was always helping me out in many ways.

I really need to thank her properly one day. 

I thought to myself and soon, I found myself arriving at Fibel’s residence. The head gatekeeper welcomed me, he then quickly whispered something to his subordinate. The subordinate hurried off toward the mansion. 

I waited for a while and there, I saw Keltz-sama rushing over to me. 

“Kanato-kun!Are you alright?!”

“Yes, I’m fine.”

“That’s good to hear…”

Apparently, Keltz-sama was worried about me. But still, it was truly a surprise to see Keltz-sama,who was usually calm and composed, panicking like this. 

That being said, it didn’t feel bad. Having someone worrying about me really didn’t feel bad at all. 

“Your complexion doesn’t look good. I will arrange for the finest massage to help you recover.”

“You should come to that meeting.”
