I became the boyfriend of the school's madonna, who had turned down numerous confessions, but somehow, without realizing it, I wasn't just playing a role anymore - Chapter 90
Episode 90: Sisterly Quarrel
“W-Why did you have to bring that up…!? It has nothing to do with this…!?”
Misaki’s complaint had casually exposed Sasagawa-sensei’s sloppy personal habits, causing her to panic and question Misaki.
Her appearance, far removed from her usual composed and sophisticated demeanor, now seemed like that of a sulky child.
It seemed that, like Misaki, she had a childish side to her. I found it… a little cute.
But, Sasagawa-sensei, you’re basically admitting you wander around in your underwear after a bath.
Is that really okay? You could have played dumb, and I might not have believed Misaki.
I thought this to myself but lacked the courage to call her out on it.
“This whole situation is because of your sloppiness, big sister…! If you had worn proper clothes, there wouldn’t have been any problem…!”
This was likely what mattered most to Misaki.
Despite being her biological sister, Misaki was aware of how attractive Sasagawa-sensei was.
That’s why she was lashing out at her sister for creating a situation where her boyfriend might be tempted to switch his affections to her sister.
Additionally, being her real sister, Misaki had no reservations about expressing her anger.
Even now, after having developed a close relationship, my impression of Misaki remains that of a kind-hearted girl who seems unlikely to get angry at anyone.
If this were any other woman, Misaki’s reaction might have been different.
At the very least, she wouldn’t have directly complained to the other person.
…Well, I can’t say for sure if it were Suzumine-san. She’s equally beautiful, like Misaki and Sasagawa-sensei, so it’s possible Misaki would get excessively jealous and might feel comfortable enough to complain, given their long-standing relationship.
However, Suzumine-san also scares Misaki a bit, so she probably wouldn’t complain directly to her.
“No matter what I wear at home, it’s my choice, right…!?”
As I pondered, the argument between the sisters intensified.
Sasagawa-sensei, having been exposed by Misaki, seemed to lose her composure and entered a defensive stance.
This isn’t good… This is only going to escalate, isn’t it…?
I never imagined that these two, who are among the kindest people I know, would end up arguing like this.
Should I try to separate Misaki…?
“You should have some modesty and a sense of shame as a woman…!”
Misaki quickly retorted to Sasagawa-sensei’s defense.
It seemed she had been bothered by her sister’s casual behavior at home for a while, and now, driven by anger, she couldn’t hold back her complaints.
That being said, Misaki, isn’t that essentially the same thing…?
She was too worked up to think rationally.
“It’s your fault for bringing a boy home without any notice! Sneaking him in without telling me—were you planning to do something improper!?”
Sasagawa-sensei struck a particularly painful nerve.
Well, this just got complicated…
