Chapter 12: Area Heal

“For now, I’ve gathered the severely injured patients who are in critical condition in the next room. I’ve also told them the conditions set by Souma-dono yesterday.”

When I tried testing various magic spells yesterday, I never felt the sensation of running out of magic power. Sure, I did feel a bit tired from using magic, but only to the degree of going for a short sprint. It didn’t take long for me to feel better again. Maybe magic power in this world was automatically regenerated overtime?

“Also, one more thing. If possible, please refrain from using High Heal. As a male miko, I know you can use High Heal. I heard High Heal can regenerate severed limbs but… It’s better if you keep your job as a male miko a secret. I’m in the process of reporting you to the kingdom, but… There’s only one male miko in this kingdom as of now. We still don’t know how to protect Souma-dono properly. “….So… I shouldn’t heal people even though I know I’m able to heal them?”

Not treating people even though I had the power to help them…It just didn’t sit right with me.

Thalia-san was probably worried about me. I decided to follow her advice this time since I had acted rashly yesterday, despite her genuine concern.
