Plus, we came all this way to watch a movie… I couldn’t concentrate at all because of those two, and I felt really sad, like I’d just thrown away money. Come to think of it, Mizuhara didn’t seem focused on the movie either… She kept talking to me and just made me eat popcorn, so I didn’t really understand why she came to watch the movie in the first place.

Watching the two of them chatting happily, Haruto couldn’t say anything.

I was planning to go home earlier, but… ended up going to the game center with everyone, so it took longer than expected.

I did send a text to Sensei, though…

The reply is taking a while. Normally, she’d reply right away with “I’m waiting” or “Come home soon,” but today, it hasn’t even been read yet. This has never happened before, so it’s bothering me even more.

Maybe… she’s just busy and hasn’t finished what she’s doing yet.

It seems like it’ll take quite a while to get home, so I decided to think that way.
