When Aoi returned from the hospital, Runa directed a serious gaze toward him in the living room. It wasn’t that bad to have strength drained, but profuse nose bleeds were inconvenient, making a hospital visit necessary.

Certainly, it would be better to cure the constitution if possible. While nosebleeds were generally not a problem, his particular constitution tended to cause them when he was overwhelmed with joy. 

Though iron supplements in tablet form were prescribed, Aoi was reluctant to take them. To avoid nosebleeds, he simply needed to refrain from engaging in lovey-dovey activities with Runa. 

However, since she had declared herself a brocon’ avoiding close interactions seemed undesirable.

“How do you plan to cure it?”

Aoi himself did not want to experience nosebleeds unnecessarily, but curing one’s constitution was impossible overnight.

His complexion has improved since he received a blood transfusion at the hospital, as Aoi looked into Runa’s eyes and asked.

“I don’t have any concrete suggestions, you know.”

Although Runa seemed to have something in mind, she was unable to come up with anything. While Aoi expected her to have a specific plan, her lack of ideas surprised him. 

He hoped that she could come up with something, but he chucked and poked fun at her, as she answered with a wry smile. as he wanted to make out with Runa a lot.

I want to make out with Runa a lot, so there is nothing better than getting better, though.

But I didn’t expect her to be so cool about it.

“How to cure it is beyond me.”

“Yeah, you’re right. Anyway, I’m back on my feet now.”

Thanks to the blood transfusion, Aoi’s complexion improved, and he didn’t feel lightheaded. 

So, the two of them walked home together.

Since they had finally reached a point where they could get along so well as siblings, Aoi didn’t want nosebleeds to prevent them from being close.

Aoi nodded at Runa’s words. Usually, he was the one who initiated physical closeness, and at those times, he didn’t feel weak or have nosebleeds. So, if he were to approach Runa, there wouldn’t be any issues with nosebleeds.

“Besides… I prefer it when Nii-san takes the initiative.”

Being told in a sweet voice by his beloved sister that she preferred when he takes the lead, Aoi immediately felt his strength leaving him. 

Supporting the weakened Aoi with a gentle hug, Runa was gradually pushed down on the sofa.

From an outsider’s perspective, it might look like an older brother assaulting his younger sister, but due to Aoi’s lack of strength, he couldn’t make any aggressive moves. 

Besides, he had never viewed his little sister as a sexual object, so there was no inclination to assault her.

“Nii-san, you’re heavy.”
