When I Reincarnated, I Became Even More of a Gorilla - 3
It has already been a month since I came to this world and became a gorilla.
The first 10 days were peaceful for me, but after a few days, that peace has gone away.

One day, I was looking around for something in the forest. I thought things would go on as they had the day before, when suddenly, I was attacked.
The ones that appeared at that time were some kind of pig-headed humanoid monster with as much muscle as I had on Earth.
It was one of those monsters I saw from a distance, which I call Orc.
Actually, there were many different monsters I saw from a distance, but I think Orcs like this were the most common in the forest.
Until now, they’ve only been running away from me instead of attacking me, but that didn’t seem to be the case this time.
These Orcs were all dressed like barbarians, but unlike how they’re commonly depicted in fantasies, they were a threat with their well-developed muscles.
It was like being tangled up with a group of bodybuilders, but not to be outdone, I also raised my arms in a double biceps pose, intimidating them with my muscles.
If a gorilla was in this situation, I suppose one would think they would drum their chest in response, but I can’t exactly do that in that situation, that’s why I did a double biceps pose. I think it has something to do with my mana, but when I drum, the impact literally shakes the earth. It feels like an omnidirectional version of that gorilla’s Down+B move in that certain brawl game.
And so, I did the double biceps pose, but of course, that didn’t stop the Orcs.
They took out their weapons against me and attacked. The weapons were crude, like stone tools strapped to a stick, but they were still dangerous weapons.
The Orcs didn’t hesitate to pull their weapons out on me. Can you believe this?
However, they weren’t able to pierce my body. I don’t know why, but it seems my gorilla skin was so tough that it can’t even be scratched by a sharp stone.
I tried to escape, blocking the spears with my arms, but I couldn’t lose them. And so, I decided to go on the offensive.
A gorilla’s arm strength is said to be 12 times that of a human, so what would happen if they were hit with that much force?
The answer is: they were pulverized.
No, unnn. There’s no way that’s the case, right? It’s impossible for them to be pulverized under normal circumstances. It’s just, well, that’s actually what had happened.
The Orc’s head popped like a watermelon. I guess rather than pulverized, exploded is probably the right word.
Anyhow, from then on, I was just trampling them down. There were 10 of them, but with every swing of my arm, their numbers got smaller and smaller until there was only one left.
The one that was left was also backing away, trembling from fear, so I took pity on it and let it escape.
I later realized that I shouldn’t have done that, as that Orc had reported about me to its friends, and after that, I got a lot of retaliation from them.
Well, I got the tables turned against them, but dealing with them was still quite stressful. They’d attack even if it’s night or day after all.

And with that, my days were mainly spent in battles with Orcs, and in the end, I came to understand myself. Whether that was a good thing or not though, I’m not quite sure.
I had many fights with Orcs and I had already killed more than a hundred of them. At first, I sometimes regretted killing these creatures, but when I decided to live as a gorilla, I couldn’t help thinking fighting back and killing them couldn’t be helped.
I spent my days killing like that, so now there are no more monsters in this forest that attack me. I suppose it’s not even an exaggeration to say that I’m now the king of this forest.
However, after going through such a life, I’m kinda feeling doubtful that I’m really a gorilla. Perhaps, I’m not just an animal, but instead a monster.
From what I see in my reflection in the water, I was a gorilla as far as my appearance was concerned, but hmmm, this is quite the mystery.
Ahh, there’s also something else I’ve noticed these days. In fact, every time I kill a few dozen Orcs, I get this feeling of power welling up in my body.
I thought this might be a level-up or something like that, but there’s no way for me to confirm it, so I just left it alone. I’ve had that feeling three times so far, so I’ve taken to calling myself a LV4 Gorilla, but I wonder what it’s really like.
Now then, let’s wander around the forest today looking for something that might be beneficial for me.
