Dungeon And Slave: The Lustful and Violent Slave Harem of the Guard and Students Chosen as Testers for the Succubus Dungeon - Chapter 11: Floor Guardian
Chapter 11: Floor Guardian
Tester Life Day 3, Test Dungeon First Floor, My Room, Yagumo Sanada
“Ngh… what… only 5 AM?”
Waking up and checking the clock, it was still 5 AM.
I realized I was sleeping naked. And starving.
Oh, right, last night I got provoked by that tanned succubus and ended up unloading seven times. After watching her vanish, I collapsed onto the bed and passed out as is.
I meant to eat dinner, shower, and sleep, but that was before the tanned succubus showed up again.
Who’d have thought I’d get three more rounds in 30 minutes after already doing four? And she kept shaking her buttocks provocatively until the end.
Still, a 3P plus unlimited use of an incredible pussy left me totally satisfied.
But it’s weird. I did three more rounds than the night before, yet I don’t feel sluggish at all.
Did my mana go up again while I slept?
To check, I got out of bed naked, went to the desk, tapped [Appraisal] on the magic crystal, then [Mana Measurement]. Placing my hand on the crystal, the results appeared.
Sanada Yagumo
Age: 25
Race: Human
Mana: F+
“F… plus?”
Wasn’t F supposed to go to E?
So, there’s a G+ too? That means yesterday I skipped G+ and went straight to F.
If I was G+ yesterday, I might’ve only been able to use Physical Enhancement once or twice. How many times can I use it with F+? I’ll test it in the dungeon.
“But I get it now.”
Killing 140 Horn Rabbits took me from G to F, skipping G+. Then 210 more got me from F to F+. The higher the rank, the harder it is to climb—real game-like system.
“Time to eat.”
Starving, I opened the shop and tapped the food section for a breakfast set and a bento for lunch.
The breakfast set is always sandwiches, but the fillings change daily. Yesterday was tuna and egg; today’s ham, lettuce, and tomato. Since I skipped dinner, I bought two sets.
Yesterday’s bento was shumai, but today’s barbecue. One wasn’t enough yesterday, so I got two.
Seems like higher mana makes me hungrier. Or maybe it’s because I’m unloading too much protein daily. No regrets, though.
Breakfast at 50 DP and bento at 60 DP, two sets each, totals 220 DP.
Last night’s three Wall Butt sessions cost 1,500 DP, leaving me with 6,040 DP.
I should limit Wall Butt 3Ps. Even with two at once, they vanish after 30 minutes. I might not be satisfied with four rounds anymore.
Calling them one at a time, I could burn through 2,000 DP a night. My income can handle it, but it delays buying Slaves. Since I’m aiming for top-tier Slaves, I need to cut costs where I can.
Still, I can’t sleep with a raging erection, so Wall Butt’s a must. I’ll call it a necessary expense for gaining power and move on.
I ate breakfast and showered.
Since I woke up too early, I sipped coffee and browsed the shop’s items on the magic crystal.
Hmm, Grade 4 potions are pricey. Grade 5 is 2,000 DP, but Grade 4 jumps to 10,000 DP. The effect—hemostasis, instant healing of simple fractures, and deep cuts—is worth it. Grade 5 only handles hemostasis, shallow cuts, and bruises, so healing fractures or serious wounds is huge.
“But I can’t afford it now.”
No need against Horn Rabbits. I’ll buy it when stronger monsters appear.
There’s also a mana recovery potion. Grade 5 doubles recovery speed for 2,000 DP. Not needed now. And a status ailment recovery potion for poison, paralysis, petrification, confusion, charm, and disease, also 2,000 DP for Grade 5. But it’s weak—doesn’t work on petrification or charm, and disease recovery seems like over-the-counter meds. No need for Horn Rabbits. I’ll decide later if other monsters require it.
“Oh, this is handy.”
Browsing further, I found a Magic Pouch. It holds 20 times its apparent size—about a tatami mat’s worth. Treasure chest items are bulky, so I want it, but it’s 100,000 DP.
There’s an upgraded Magic Bag, also 20 times its size but larger, holding about four tatami mats’ worth, for 300,000 DP. If I buy, the pouch is enough.
There’s also a Talisman of Life to block a fatal blow for 200,000 DP, and a Bracelet of Strength or Anklet of Speed to boost strength or speed by 1.5x, each 100,000 DP. I’ll want these combat items eventually.
“Hah! What the hell, they’ve got this too?”
Just as I was about to close the shop, I saw absurd items and burst out laughing.
Hair Growth Tonic: 50,000 DP
Sprinkle on an area to grow permanent hair.
Slimming Pill: 30,000 DP
Lose 5 kg upon consumption.
Height Booster: 50,000 DP
Grow 5–10 cm taller.
Breast Enhancer: 10,000 DP
Increase bust size by 1–2 cups overnight, lasts 1 month.
Permanent Breast Enhancer: 500,000 DP
Increase bust size by 2–3 cups permanently.
Plastic Surgery Pill: 500,000 DP
Transform into your ideal face permanently.
There’s also skin and hair beauty creams. These could sell for a fortune outside. Since it’s a test dungeon, maybe we can take them out.
So many items. There’s even a tent version of the item bag. But 500,000 DP for a spacious dimensional tent is too much.
“That’s about it.”
I finished browsing and closed the screen.
Potions depend on the next monster’s threat level. Other items are too expensive, so I’d buy them after Slaves. I might need better weapons, and the enhanced guard uniform and round shield might not cut it. Plus, treasure chests could yield them.
The key is moving forward faster than anyone else. That way, I can monopolize chests and maybe get other first-mover rewards.
I spent an hour reviewing yesterday’s map, picking side tunnels to explore, then put on my guard uniform and gear.
“A bit early, but let’s go.”
Last night I crashed early, but I feel great, and my mana boost gives me excess energy. Plus, going early means more earnings. With better stamina, I shouldn’t tire as much as yesterday.
Fully prepped, I left My Room over two hours earlier than yesterday.
Stepping out, the plaza was empty. It’s before 7 AM, so everyone’s asleep.
How many will steel themselves to enter the dungeon today? With Wall Butt rumors spreading, probably a lot.
It’ll get crowded and cut my earnings, so I need to find the stairs to the next floor fast.
Thinking that, I left the deserted plaza and entered the dungeon.
“Hah, ha!”
I dodged Horn Rabbits leaping from small tunnels, slashing them down.
The rabbits, necks or bellies sliced, vanished at my feet, leaving magic stones I collected before moving deeper.
Four hours since entering the dungeon.
Taking short breaks, I used my lighter, less fatigued body to steadily clear side tunnels off the main route.
About Physical Enhancement—testing it, I sensed I could activate it five times consecutively based on mana drain. Each use lasts 10 minutes, so 50 minutes total.
No need for it against Horn Rabbits, though. Like yesterday, every side tunnel led to dead ends or looped back, with branching paths all duds.
The only upside was finding plenty of treasure chests.
Side tunnels have higher Horn Rabbit spawns, and chests often sat at dead ends, so I found five already.
The haul:
-
- Club ×1
-
- Knife ×1
-
- Leather Cap ×1
-
- Large Copper Coins ×8, Small Copper Coins ×12
-
- Grade 5 Potion ×1
The club’s a dud, but I tied it to my backpack to bring back. The leather cap looks like something a WWII Zero pilot would wear. Wearing it over my guard uniform takes guts. I’ll consider it if I get leather armor.
The Grade 5 potion brings my stock to four. Selling them gets half the purchase price, 1,000 DP each, but I’m keeping them.
These chests kept me going, believing I’d find the stairs if I cleared every tunnel.
An hour later, something changed.
“Hm? Another branch? That’s a lot.”
Two hours into a smaller side tunnel off the main route, I noticed it had way more branches than others.
“This might be it. I’ll clear it all after lunch.”
Sensing something different, I decided to spend the afternoon thoroughly exploring this tunnel.
After lunch, I dealt with Horn Rabbits, collected new chests, and spent two hours clearing each new branch.
Then, instead of a dead end or another branch, I found a wider space ahead.
Hoping but cautious, I muted my presence, stopped short of the clearing, and peeked in.
It was a 20-meter-square small plaza, with a 3-meter-tall black gate at the far end.
In front of the gate sat a Horn Rabbit far larger than the medium-dog-sized ones—a Big Horn Rabbit, let’s call it.
The black gate was closed, so I’d need to defeat the Big Horn Rabbit to proceed.
“Definitely looks like a boss. Is there a boss per floor?”
Some manga had that setup—Floor Guardians, right? Beat them, enter a gate or vortex, and move to the next floor.
If so, beating that thing and passing through the gate takes me to the next floor.
I checked the plaza’s walls—no small tunnels. So, it’s a one-on-one with the Big Horn Rabbit.
“It’s big, but just a bigger target. No problem.”
I set down my backpack, activated Physical Enhancement, and slowly stepped into the plaza.
