Panicking, Ryuuga was about to chase after him. But just a moment later, Genzou Yamaguchi suddenly came rushing back in panic. 

“Huh…?”

Genzou Yamaguchi rushed past Ryuuga again, but this time, to the opposite direction. 

“YOU SHOULD TURN BACK NOW TOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!”

“What is happening here…?”

Ryuuga cautiously glanced down the stairs and he was immediately met with a terrifying sight in front of him. 

“UWOHHHHHHHHHHH!!”

He immediately ran away from the stairs without any hesitation. The two of them returned to their original floor again. But then, they were greeted by another loud roar.

“MUUUUOOOHHH!!”

It was a Minotaur with bright red fur. It wasn’t an undead though. This was a monster known as the Bloody Minotaur, which was supposed to appear between the 21st and the 25th floor of Inokashira Dungeon. And next, a higher tier of skeleton type monster, the Skull Centipede, came crawling from the edge of the hole. This centipede monster was over 20 meters long and normally only appeared on the 21st floor. Along with it, there came a gigantic spider too. It was a Queen Tarantula, which typically resided in the 26th floor and below. This was the target for their exam. 

More and more monsters from the lower floor began coming out one after another.

No. Not attacked. The enormous monster swallowed the Queen Tarantula in a single gulp. Yes. The massive tarantula monster, which could easily reach 30 meters in length when stretched out, was swallowed whole in a single bite.

“Wait, what?”

“Huh?”

Both Ryuuga and Genzou could only stand there in stunned silence. Soon, the full form of the enormous creature came into sight. It was an extremely big dragon. However, its body wasn’t covered in scales, but with tree bark and leaves. It boasted a colossal size, easily exceeding 100 meters in length. The dragon had two protruding necks and five tails extending from its massive body. 

“Two-headed Forest Dragon…? But why is that thing here…?”

Ryuuga could barely utter the name of the boss of the dungeon that was supposed to lay in wait at the very bottom of the dungeon.
