“It’s all your fault.” 

“Yeah, it’s all Rampas’s fault!”

“Oh, are you making excuses? Funny how my magic suddenly stopped working while listening to you. Can you really say it’s not your fault?”

The Spirit God of Light—Rampas, still bound in chains, glared at me angrily. 

Hecate sighed softly at Rampas.

“What do you mean, ‘what’s with him?’ Don’t ask me. I’d like to know too. I still don’t fully understand my Contractor. But, I do really like him.”

“Oh, no thanks. I have Leticia.”

“Why!?”

“—Hey, shut up!! Can’t you be quiet for a moment!!”

The soldier couldn’t hold back his anger any longer and shouted. 

But I couldn’t help but fight back.

“Haa? Who are you calling loud!? You brought us here and locked us up in this pigsty! Let us out! I’m dying of boredom!”

“Brought you here?! Do you even understand what you’ve done!? You blew up 80% of the Forbidden Library, which holds all the Empire’s technology, leaving nothing behind! And 112 of our soldiers died in that explosion!”

“But~ that’s because they tried to kill my Contractor, so it’s fair, right?”

The soldier, shaking with anger, scratched his head furiously.
