After rebirth, I confessed to the losing heroine - Chapter 39- Old hobby
Hurried strides needed to be slowed down. Miyuki was back at her home. Her childish and uncaring self couldn’t be exposed even in front of her parents. That side was only for Hiroto.
Walking with elegance, she stepped inside the mansion and found her mother sitting in the reception area with some of her friends.
Naturally, Miyuki couldn’t ignore them and return to her room–despite how much she wanted to.
“Good evening, Miyamoto-san, Inagi-san.” Bowing her head, she drew attention from the two beautiful ladies sitting across from her mother.
The brown-haired one’s eyes lit up as she hurried left her seat and made her way toward Miyuki.
“If it isn’t, my sweet little Miyu-chan. How have you been, little one?” Being embraced by the lady feels uncomfortable however, being old acquainted and also considering her husband’s relationship with Miyuki’s father, this much could be tolerated.
“Asuka…Miyuki is no longer your small girl. Can’t you see, she is getting uneasy there?” The wiser one, Inagi Sayaka spoke with a tired sigh as she gazed at her friend’s exaggerated greetings.
“Oh come on, Miyu-chan will always be my little girl.” Fortunately, she released Miyuki before turning toward her friends.
“Miyuki, you have your English tuition, right?” Thankfully, her mother came to her rescue as she asked with her brows elevated.
Miyuki concealed a smile before responding, “Yes, in ten minutes.”
Asuka released Miyuki’s shoulder before she spoke, “Oh, I am sorry for holding you back, dear.”
“No, it’s okay…then, I will see you all.” Just as Miyuki turned around and walked away, Asuka again called out.
“Oh and Miyu-chan, Ryuuske is returning on Friday, so be prepared for some untimely visits.”
Miyuki’s feet momentarily halted as the image of a certain senior flashed across her mind.
Although she didn’t have a bad relationship with that senior, she had a feeling that this time around something would happen–something which Miyuki surely wouldn’t like.

Bidding farewell to the group, she rushed upstairs.
Reaching the door that led her to her room, Miyuki took several deep breaths before fixing her hair.
Looking around and ensuring that there was no one, she undid some buttons of her school shirt and allowed a healthy amount of skin exposure.
She felt embarrassed by doing something so unladylike, however, the website she visited some hours ago about how to keep your partner’s focus on you all the time, Miyuki found this method to be well-liked.
Turning the doorknob she finally walked inside and saw Hiroto standing near her bookshelf and gazing at her collection.
All her previous concerns vanished as she found herself getting attracted to him.
Placing her bag on the bed, she stood behind him and encircled her arms around his waist.
“What are you looking at?” Since she was half a head shorter than Hiroto, her face rested in the crook of his neck—and Miyuki was able to sniff the delightful scent of her lover.
This was the best remedy to cure all her anxiety.
“I am surprised to see how least enjoyable these books are.” Miyuki blinked before gazing at her bookshelf for once.
There were books related to history, literature, art, business, finance, and some famous novels written in different languages.
“What do you mean, Hiroto-kun?” Tilting her head she tried to peer at his face with confusion written over her visage.
Hiroto turned his eyes and side glanced at his girl before asking, “Don’t you like light novels and mangas as well? More so, those under the category of shounen?”
Miyuki’s face lit up in embarrassment as she asked in a panic, “How do you know?”
“There is nothing hidden from me…but more importantly, why don’t you read something you like? It isn’t like your parents are restrictive about these matters, right?”
Miyuki has lost all her hopes to discover how he always guesses everything right about her.
Detaching herself from him, she walked toward the bed and tiredly spoke, “After being ridiculed by someone from my middle school for reading manga, I lost interest in them altogether.”
If it had been anyone else, Miyuki wouldn’t have told them the reason behind her aversion toward light novels and mangas. However she knew, Hiroto was not like others. He would never make fun of her liking.
As she thought, Hiroto climbed onto the bed and this time he hugged her from behind before his soothing voice rang in her ears,
“Do you want me to kill that person who dared to laugh at my Hime, before gifting you some novels?”
Miyuki smiled heartily before turning her face toward him and speaking in a soft tone, “Don’t bother; I don’t even remember her name. And Hiroto-kun, I will accept anything you give.”
“Hmm? Is that so….well, looking at your appearance I am feeling like giving you something else…”
Miyuki’s eyes widened as she looked down at herself.
Because of his arms, which were encircling her belly, her breasts had been pushed up a little—getting highlighted in his vision, clearly.
Miyuki’s heartbeat quickened as she found his lips pressing against her neck and his desire, heating up her body.
“Miyuki, do you want me?” His hot whisper turned her ears bright red as a tremor coursed across her body.
However, before she could respond, someone knocked on the door.
*Knock* *Knock*
“Shirogane-san, it’s me.” It was the voice of her English teacher which brought an irritated click of her tongue as Miyuki hatefully glared at the door.
Hiroto chuckled at the display before he ruffled her hair and bid farewell, “Study hard, Hime. I will call you once you are done. ”

Leaving the Shirogane mansion, Hiroto made his way back home.
After school, he has directly come to see Miyuki since in school, it was a little difficult to spend time together.
“Hmm…” Contemplating about a certain situation, Hiroto ended up calling Yuichi.
The ring went through three times before he picked it up,
[Hey, what’s up? Changed plans?]
Yuichi previously asked Hiroto whether he wanted to accompany him and Kaori to the cafe to drink something cool and soothing. However, Hiroto naturally rejected the offer.
“Can Kaori hear my voice?” The thing Hiroto was about to say was not something Kaori should hear or things might go down bad.
However, thankfully,
[She went to the restroom…what happened?]
“Hmm…it’s about your meeting with Satomi today. Listen…”
