After rebirth, I confessed to the losing heroine - Chapter 115- Rage room
“I’ve found her,” Hearing Hiroto’s voice as he walked up to him, Yuichi asked reflexively, “Who?”
Hiroto paused beside him before taking out his phone and showing Yuichi the picture of a young girl in her early twenties, working as a waitress.
Yuichi looked at the picture carefully, trying to remember if he had seen the girl before.
Meanwhile, Hiroto looked at his friend carefully…assessing himself to see if he felt anything toward Yuichi, which could be regarded as hatred.
After all, the reason why Hiroto cannot spend a normal life with his Hime is Yuichi. However, even though Hiroto couldn’t bring himself to hate this guy. He had to do nothing with that crazy goddess and her obsession.
“Haah~” Heaving a sigh, he told the guy, “She is the lost daughter of the Steel Serpent’s leader. She is currently in the Alps and could return to Japan within half a day.”
Yuichi widened his eyes before asking, “How did you find her? And why, a girl who was born in Japan, is in France now?”
Hiroto tilted his head left to right before narrating, “Long story short, the gang leader was a drunkard and a gambler who lost his wife to the debtors. Later, they were sold to some rich man who owned a casino in France, and the wife ran away from the rich man with her daughter. Although the wife died several years ago, the daughter is still alive and somehow earning for her needs.”
Yuichi was awestruck as he asked in a daze, “How can you dig out such fine details and locate a girl who has been lost for years, in just two days?”
Hiroto rested his hands on his waist before proudly announcing, “Forgot who my wife is?”
Yuichi rolled his eyes at the boasting. Seriously, leave it to Hiroto and he can praise Shirogane Miyuki for the whole day without needing a break.
But it was also true, that if not for Miyuki, then Yuichi wouldn’t have found any way to sort this situation.
“Say my thanks to her. I would have said it to her myself, but I think you won’t like it.” Yuichi teased.
Hiroto narrowed his eyes but didn’t say anything…since it was true.
“Anyway, now you have to be mentally prepared Yu,” Hiroto began as they walked towards the nearest vending machine and brought soda, “You have to talk to the Serpent gang leader and direct the conversation in such a way, that he could agree to collaborate once he gets to see his daughter.”
Yuichi paused just before he was about to take a sip as he asked, “Are you sure it would be enough to bring his daughter to him to make him surrender?”
Hiroto smirked, “The man who has killed hundreds and has gained the title of a lone wolf in the underworld…do you think he would not melt upon the sight of his long-lost child?”
Yuichi finally gulped the soda while smiling in delight before he told his friend, “I guess this would work.”
Hiroto finished his drink before adding, “I am sure it will.”

Satomi was in a daze as she walked back home. She didn’t realise when she stepped inside her house as her whole focus remained on the conversation she had with Hiroto.
She…got rejected. And this time there was no room to hope anymore. Hiroto would never accept her and he made it clear through his words.
She knew this could happen yet..facing it for real made her completely heartbroken.
“I am home,” She greeted…only to realise that her parents wouldn’t be at home. They told her that they had a date tonight.
‘How romantic…’ Thinking about her parents, she couldn’t help but smile. However, that smile soon disappeared as she recalled the dream of being a couple just like her parents.
Exhaling a long sigh, she climbed the stairs without checking the kitchen for food. She probably wouldn’t eat anything tonight.
She didn’t bother asking if Minami was home before turning the doorknob and entering her room—only to freeze up upon finding a familiar black-haired girl sitting inside.
“Minami? Did you need something?” This was the first time for Minami to enter her room on her own initiative.
Satomi asked while she placed her bag on the table and looked at her half-sister again.
That smirk….raised many alarms in Satomi’s head.
“Got rejected?” Minami asked with smugness, all of a sudden.
Satomi again froze up hearing that. With her eyes widening, she reflexively asked, “How do you…ah!” She suddenly realized how Minami got the news.
Yuichi.
Sitting down on the chair across from her sister, Satomi indifferently asked, “Yeah, so what? Gonna make fun of me, now?”
Minami chuckled while covering her mouth, before sharing her thoughts, “For that, I don’t need any occasion.”
Satomi narrowed her eyes and growled, but Minami ignored it and got up.
She stepped forward and halted beside her sister before telling her, “Come with me.”
“Where?” Satomi asked, confused about what got into her.
“Just come. You will love it,”
That was what she said thirty minutes ago, and now, Satomi could find herself standing inside a room filled with things which could be broken, torn and destroyed, while wearing protective gear.
Satomi stood near the entrance with a metal bat in her hand and asked her sister with a deadpanned look, “This….is the way you chose to console me?”
Minami, who was wearing a similar gear smiled in contentment before telling the fool, “There could be nothing better than destroying things to cool down your head.”
Swinging the bat, the raven-haired broke several pillars of glass bottles, startling Satomi, before she added,
“This is the reason why I have a harmonious relationship with Kaori, Suzu and Hanabi-san.
Satomi raised her brows. Now she realized how her crazy half-sister was tolerating Yuichi’s other love interests for this long. It turned out, Minami also let her other side surface here.
Satomi turned to look at another pillar, before clutching the bat.
She didn’t contemplate much, and while thinking back on the conversation she had with Hiroto and the words he spoke for Miyuki, Satomi began to move around.
Minami stood at one side and allowed her sister to wreak havoc.
In just fifteen minutes, Satomi created such chaos that a buzzer resounded, and the manager told them that their time was up.
Satomi finally stopped and dropped her half-bent bat while breathing unsteadily.
Minami asked, “Feeling good?”
Satomi, while still unable to properly breath, nodded, before she said, “Now I feel hungry. Let’s go; I will treat you to dinner tonight.”
Thanks to this small occurence, the two sister became a little closer than before.
