Chapter 22: Neiko-San in Lingerie

After waiting eagerly, my afternoon class finally ended. Right after my fifth period class ended, I quickly left the university and headed straight to my apartment. Although I had told Neiko-san she could play Pokémon while waiting for me, I was incredibly curious what she was doing for three hours. Since I had gone out of my way to keep her ‘confined’, it might be a good idea to prepare a cage, handcuffs, restraints and maybe a blindfold for her. That way, I wouldn’t be overcome by these strange anxieties and Neiko-san wouldn’t be able to rummage through my house or sniff around. I wouldn’t need to deal with all kinds of outrageously unexpected situations either. 

Yeah, that’s right. That sounds like a great idea. Since we’re going to the city center anyway, I should buy a few items suited for Neiko-san’s ‘confined life’. 

Just wandering around and looking at various stores on the street seemed like a great idea, but having a clear purpose made the trip felt different. Good. I should do that. There was a Don Quijote nearby anyway. I should talk to Neiko-san about this. 

“I’m back.”

“Welcome home, Master…!”

As soon as I opened the front door and stepped inside, I was greeted by the sight of a female dog—no, a half-naked girl wearing a collar. There was Neiko-san, literally panting and staring at me with a handheld gaming console in her hand. I was rendered speechless. I just stood there, frozen and expressionless. It seemed when humans were confronted with a shocking sight, they would end up frozen like me. This experience was a precious knowledge indeed. She looked like a puppy desperately trying to get its owner’s attention. Neiko-san was  trying to greet me again to get my attention, but I was like a broken robot, completely devoid of emotion. While letting the drool drip from the corner of my mouth, I draped my jacket over her shoulders as I kept my gaze unfocused. I couldn’t afford to look at her. She was clad in sheer lingerie complete with a collar. If I were to take a good look at her, I might really lose my mind. Neiko-san had an incredible body. She was plump and thin at all the right places. I really hoped she would have more self-awareness…

“…Haah… This should be good enough for now…”

Hearing Neiko-san’s sneeze, I quickly ran to the other room to grab my own sweatpants and brought them back to her. I also handed her an extra jacket.

“Geez! You should’ve worn something warm right away…! Why are you wearing something like that when we’re entering the fall season?!”

“Ehehehe… I’m sorry… I just wanted to heal A-kun a bit since you already worked so hard during class today…”

“Haah… I appreciate the thought, but…”

“I secretly brought this collar from my home! With this, I could get down on all fours and then I can wander the streets at midnight with A-kun… Achoo!”

“Okay, okay. Let’s tone down your wild fantasy a bit… I will put this jacket on you, okay? Also, blow your nose. I believe I still have tissues around.”

I said that as I slipped another jacket on her and took a few tissues. Then, I pressed the tissues to Neiko-san’s nose. She blew her nose before giving me a satisfied, slovenly smile.

“Ehehehehe… I’m so happy…♡ I’m going to Sannomiya like this…”

“Don’t even think about it. Even with the jacket on, you’re still exposed on the bottom half. I will lend you my pants, so wear it.”

“What about the skirt…?”

“No. You look really cold like that… Besides, since when did you go half-naked like this?”

“…Since A-kun went to class…”

Another sigh escaped my lips. If only she could be more mindful about the season… We were already entering the fall season. The weather was getting cold.

“Are you feeling alright? If you feel like you’re going to develop a fever, we can go to Sannomiya some other day.”

“I’m fine…! I’m okay, so let’s go right now…! There’s a place I really want to visit…!”

“A place you really want to visit…? Is it a restaurant or something…?”

I asked and Neiko-san shook her head in return. 

“It’s Donki! I was thinking of looking through some real bondage gear…!”

And so, we both left my apartment and made our way to the bus stop in front of the university. I was from Yamaguchi while Neiko-san was from Ehime. We both grew up in the countryside, so neither of us had a solid understanding of the bus’ route. We didn’t know which bus would get us to our destination. We kept glancing nervously at the schedule and checking our phones simultaneously all while feeling a bit overwhelmed by everything. Had we used public transportation on a regular basis, we would be used to riding the bus by now, but unfortunately, we were not the type to go out much. We didn’t have any friends in the city and we rarely went into the downtown area. Not to mention, the bus fare was 500 yen for one ride, which meant 1000 yen for a round trip. 

“A-A-kun…? A-Are you sure the bus will come here if we wait here…?”

“Ye-Yes… I think the bus will come… Hopefully…”

“Ah..! Is that the bus…?! That must be the bus, right…?!”

“Huh?! Uh, no, wait! It’s not the scheduled time yet though…?! B-But…! Wa-Wait a minute…! Is that…?!”

“The-The people waiting in line are getting on the bus…? I-Is that really the bus then…?”

“No-No…! It’s not…! That bus is heading to somewhere else…! It’s not heading to Sannomiya…!”

“I-Is that so…?! Ah… Tha-That was close…! I’m sorry, A-kun… I almost made you get on the wrong bus…!”

“N-No, I need to be more careful too…!”

We were just trying to go use the bus to get to Sannomiya, but why were we struggling this much? The people around us must be wondering the same thing.

Well, our apologies. This is all due to our lack of experience and knowledge. 

I silently apologized in my mind and another bus approached. Judging from the time, this seemed like the right bus. I checked the destination for the bus carefully and…

“Yeah, this is it. This is the one. Neiko-san, let’s get on this bus.”

“Tha-Thank goodness… We’re… We’re really going to Sannomiya on a bus for real, right?”

“We should be. This should be the right time for the bus to arrive based on the schedule I’ve memorized. Here…. It says it’s bound for Sannomiya.”

I showed her the schedule chart on my phone. I managed to learn how to read the bus timetable now. I had leveled up again. The other people might think I was too socially inept, but… Please forgive me. I was born and raised in the countryside after all.

“Alright. Neiko-san, shall we get on that bus?”

“Yes…!’

Without thinking much, I took her hand and we stepped onto the bus together.
