“The execution starts next week. If we’re half-hearted about it, we’ll just end up following Iori-chan’s pace and get the same results as always. So, make sure you’re motivated and ready.” 

As Katayama’s words replayed in my head, I washed the dishes after dinner.

When Katayama said she’d strip and attack me in the classroom, I was shocked… but it was probably for my indecisive sake.

Glancing at Iori, who was on the sofa looking at her phone, I realized that chores like cleaning the bath, hanging up laundry, and ironing were all up to me tonight. 

It’s surprisingly busier with chores at night. It’s a mystery why she always takes the lead in doing the laundry, but I’m grateful for it.

But I can’t let myself go easy on Iori. Just because I’m her older brother doesn’t mean I need to compromise. 

Our arguments always end the same way because I’m always the one who gives in first.

I need to make Iori say “Gyahh” and… and bring us back to the good old days when we were close as siblings.

Maybe I’ve been staring at Iori too much, because her gaze is fixed on me now.

“…What?”

“N-nothing.”

Iori continued to stare at me suspiciously. Don’t lose your nerve, me. I’ve made up my mind. I’m going to make Iori say “Gyahh.”

“…Tch, Setsu Katayama must have said something to onii-chan…”
