“Sora~! Take a bath quickly!”

The voice echoed from the first floor. I looked at the clock and saw that it was already around seven o’clock. I went downstairs with a change of clothes, took off my clothes in the bathroom, and took a bath.

“I feel refreshed…”

As I was wiping myself off with a towel, I noticed that I didn’t have a white shirt to change into.

“Aree?”

I put my pants on and headed for the living room. I didn’t think anything of my family seeing me naked, and it was getting hot, so I figured it would be cooler.

“Mom, do you know where my shirt.. Eh?”

Standing in the kitchen next to Mom was Alice in her apron.

“Ah… Aah… Aah.”

Alice’s face instantly turned red and I hurried back to my room to change into another shirt and returned to the living room.

“Hey, Mom! What’s going on here?”

“What do you mean… Alice is going to live with us from today.”

“Haaaah!?”

I screamed without thinking of the neighbours’ annoyance.

“No, you know. It’s been kind of a bother for Alice’s parents, so she was coming to live here. Living alone is expensive, right?”

That’s why Alice is staying here. I was convinced that it would be a good idea, but just as I was convinced, my instincts told me that it would be unethical.

“No, no, no, no, no, no! But even so, what are you thinking?”

“Then Sora is going to let cute little Alice live in a cheap apartment with little to no security?”

“Ugh…”

That’s no good. I can’t let Alice live in a place like that.

 You can’t be serious… is she seriously going to live here!? Alice is!?

“If that’s the case… where are you going to sleep?”

“I think mine and your father’s room is a little uncomfortable for Alice, so it will inevitably be your room!”

“Bufu!?”

I couldn’t help but do a spit-take at those words, and felt my temperature rising.

“Alice, you don’t want to do that, do you!?”

When I asked her half-heartedly, she grabbed her skirt with both hands and opened her mouth, blushing.

“I… prefer… to be with… Sora.”

It was a close call. The gesture was so cute that I almost fell in love with her.

After finishing dinner and brushing my teeth, I took Alice into my room.

“Uwoh… Oh! Sora’s room! Sora’s room!”

Her eyes lit up like a child’s as she rummaged through the room but I don’t really care about that. Considering the fact that we’re going to live together now, rummaging the room is not a problem at all!

“A-Alice… are you sure you want me to sleep here too? If you want, I can sleep in the living room…”

“What are you talking about? I’m excited because Sora will be sleeping with me! “No, I’m excited to sleep in the bed where Sora always sleeps, so I’m very excited to sleep with you!”

I don’t know what that means… but didn’t she say something dangerous there?

“You… just said you’d sleep in bed with me…”

“I did?”

“Let me get this straight okay? I’m a guy, and you’re a beautiful girl with a great figure.There’s a chance I might attack.” 

Of course, I have no intention of doing so. But I might. I want to avoid that, so I sleep in the living room.

“You can attack me if it’s you. I’d rather welcome it.”

Alice tells me this with a straight face, and I give up on anything else I can say.

“Haa…”

I dive into the bed and lie down on my back, and my eyes meet Alice’s. She smiled at that moment, and also lied down on the bed.

“I’m going to turn off the lights, but please don’t call the police just because I touched you somewhere.”

“Bu~ do you think I’d do that?”

“No, I don’t think so, but… right? It’s just a precaution.”

I turned off the lights and pulled the blanket over us, and Alice hugged me.

“Hey…!”

“It’s like a dream… to be able to live under the same roof with the boy I love… and to sleep in the same room, in the same bed…”

Then Alice whispered in my ear.

“I’m going to make you say you love me, definitely.”
