I have over ten thousand hours in Quest. It's a high fantasy game where you save the world from six calamities. The newest update introduced the ability for us to make our own starting character. So I decided to break it right away. I made a character that was utterly useless, but also very overpowered. He is immortal, but all his stats are the lowest.
And well... I kinda got transported into the game. As that character.
My thoughts after reading ten chapters:
“Listen, and understand! That Terminator is out there. It can’t be bargained with. It can’t be reasoned with. It doesn’t feel pity, or remorse, or fear! And it absolutely will not stop, EVER, until you are dead!”
Yeah, so the determined T-800 and the snarky T-1000 had a love child, and some god with a twisted sense of humor gave that kid magic and divine powers, too. Yikes.
The only GOOD news is that he has been programmed to save all the Sarah and John Connors of this world.
I would dearly love to see more chapters come out for this textbook TV Tropes example of a Mook Horror Show.
Yes, I’m continuing writing this. My release plan is to write each arc in full and then release one chapter per week after that is done. For now I’m still in the concepting stage of the next arc which is hopefully gonna be another 10 chapters.
And yeah, I really want Antir to feel like this monster from the perspective of well… everything that he fights against or with.
