Overall, it’s an alright read; I think the story has potential. My biggest complaint is the MC and how he’s written. He can be the absolute dumbest person alive at times and be somewhat smart at other times. I’m not referring to denseness; he’s actually just sooo dumb at certain points. You’ll get what I mean if you read it, especially once you get to the bowling part. In regards to how he’s written, there are some secrets that the MC only reveals later on, which feels strange since it’s written in the first-person. (Minor spoiler) Like one example is how he discovers a girl he knows is his favorite Vtuber, but he only tells US, the readers, far after, like “Oh yeah, I knew from that point.” Again, this type of thing just feels off because of the perspective. We were in that scene with him, but were never made aware of the fact that he recognized this girl even while his thoughts were being written.
