I ask because THIS is what happens in just the FIRST FIVE CHAPTERS:

MC wants to be popular. First harem girl IS the most popular person at school, but she doesn’t want HIM to be popular. This is NOT a point of contention between them.
MC fails to become popular… somehow. He gets over his shattered life’s dream remarkably quickly, which is good because absolutely NOBODY offered him a shoulder to cry on or asked him why he ever bothered trying.
Everyone (including MC) completely forgets he EVER wanted to be popular in the first place.
MC meets childhood friend girl, who invites him over for lasagna. They eat lasagna.
Popular girl suddenly shows up with plates for the lasagna. They eat lasagna again, using plates this time, I guess.
MC goes home and gets interrogated by yandere little sister. And then MC eats for the THIRD time. At least it’s not lasagna.
Popular girl and childhood friend girl have a cat fight, but we don’t know HOW they fight, and barely WHY.
Childhood friend girl suddenly has all her clothes turn into “ribbons”. How? Why? No idea. How did the fight end? No idea. Is she naked now? No idea.
Back at home, the doorbell rings. MC gets invited by twins to come over for a party. This is still the same day after MC tried becoming popular, failed to become popular, and had three whole meals. He’s had a full day and a full tummy, but apparently he’s all good now and agrees to go to the party.
The MC’s yandere little sister, who loves him more than anything and has daily daydreams about murdering all those other hoes, has no problem letting him out to go have an intimate party with the twins who are clearly aiming for him, even choosing clothes and makeup (huh?) for the MC.
The twins have some sort of plan to seduce MC, to make him theirs FOREVER. What is it? No idea.
Twin 1 wants to dance with the MC. To do so, she puts on headphones so he can’t listen to the music. MC dances with her anyway.
The doorbell rings. It’s the yandere little sister, who SUDDENLY had a change of heart about leaving her beloved brother with twin skanky hoes.
With EVERYTHING on the line… the twins let her in, no problem.
At first yandere little sister dances with MC, and then she’s dancing alone. No time has passed between these two statements. MC must have teleported to the sofa or used a timestop device or something.
Initially, the twins are happy yandere little sister is here, and then yandere little sister wants to have a conversation with the twins about the MC, and then the twins want to talk with yandere little sister about the MC away from the MC, and then the twins leave by themselves to have a chat about… the yandere little sister.
The twins declare yandere little sister to be an underage child who won’t be a problem, and then yandere little sister WILL be a problem, and then they declare yandere little sister is older than them.
The twins say they have the perfect counterattack to the yandere little sister: They will announce that the yandere little sister is NOT blood-related to the MC, and thus has NOTHING AT ALL to stop her from dragging him to bed and eventually the church. This is apparently a valid threat.
While the twins were having this conversation, yandere little sister, knowing her brother’s chastity is in crisis… does nothing except wait for the twins to return.
Suddenly, magic exists. That is all.
Twin 1 uses strengthening magic to make herself stronger. Little sister, who has had NO physical contact with Twin 1, and has had NO magic cast on her, now feels weak and numb from the nothing that has not been done to not her.
Twin 1 has completely blocked yandere little sister from getting to the MC… it’s a perfect shutout… victory is at hand… and then she I guess changes her mind and just lets little sister walk right past her.
Twin 2 was supposed to use magic to do something to seduce MC, to make him belong to the twins FOREVER… but didn’t. What DID she do then? Nothing, apparently.

As you can see, someone either copied from a cheap Chinese knockoff of ChatGTP, or just didn’t notice that the [Next Chapter] button was sending them to a completely different novel series each time.
