The protagonist reincarnated into a world where only women can use magic.
But even as a guy, he can use it too.

After a bunch of ridiculous misunderstandings, he built up his skills until people started calling him the "strongest witch in the world."
But then he ran into a character he recognized and realized he'd actually been reincarnated into a certain hopeless depressing game.

So he quit being a witch at lightning speed and, for some reason, opened up a café instead.
One thing led to another, the original game's protagonist started working part-time there.
The story started drifting further and further away from what he thought he knew.
Can he steer clear of the depressing routes and reach a happy ending?
Can he save a world that's already doomed to destruction?
By the way, in this world "magic" comes with massive costs every time you use it—like losing your sense of taste or your legs stopping working.
